I focus on residential and commercial real estate transactions, commercial leasing, business acquisitions and sales, and real estate–related litigation throughout New Jersey.

Do you offer free consultations?
No. Legal advice is provided only after a formal engagement. In some cases, a brief introductory call may be scheduled to determine whether the matter is a good fit for the firm.

How are legal fees structured?
Fees depend on the nature of the matter. Transactional matters may be handled on a flat-fee or hourly basis and generally require an advance retainer. Litigation matters are billed hourly and require an initial retainer.

What is your hourly rate?
Hourly rates are discussed directly with prospective clients once the scope of the matter is understood.

Do you handle urgent matters?
Urgent matters may be considered depending on availability and scope. Representation is not confirmed unless and until a written engagement agreement is executed.

No. Document review and legal analysis are provided only after a formal engagement is in place.
