Mr. Ferruggia’s practice encompasses all aspects of real estate law, including contract negotiation and closings, commercial and residential leasing, business formation and sales, land use and zoning, real estate development, estate planning, and litigation. He is recognized for providing practical solutions to complex legal challenges and tailoring his representation to each client’s needs.

He has represented a wide range of clients, including investors, developers, landlords, and tenants, and is committed to delivering personalized attention and strong advocacy. By staying current on developments in real estate law, Mr. Ferruggia leverages his knowledge and experience to help clients achieve their goals in both transactional and litigation matters.

Mr. Ferruggia earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh. During law school, he interned for the Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Honorable Michael R. Casale, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey. He has also served as a guest lecturer for the New York University Schack School of Real Estate master’s program.
Outside of his practice, Mr. Ferruggia enjoys spending time with his wife, a pharmacist, and their two children, a son and a daughter. He is also an avid follower of Italian league soccer.
