Tax Appeals

• Represented owner of an industrial property in South Brunswick, NJ, successfully defending against the township’s complaint to increase the property’s assessment, resulting in tax savings of more than $130,000 over three years.

• Represented owner of a commercial property in Hackensack, NJ, securing a reduction in assessed value of more than $1 million, resulting in substantial tax savings and application of the Freeze Act for subsequent years.

• Handled several residential property tax appeals in the New Jersey Tax Court, achieving successful outcomes for homeowners.
